When I started my term, my promise was to build a bridge between the three regions under me — to have harmony in leadership. Our separation by islands in these three regions of Eastern, Central, and Western Visayas will be one in our common interests.
Under his call to action, Innovate 4 Impact, Area 4 reached quorum at all three Area Council Meetings, hosted BrandLab Session 2 for the whole country, and completed 21 of the 22 national programme launchings across the Visayas. He kept perfect attendance across every Execom and National Board Meeting of the year — Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Meet the Area Chairpersons
Every national programme of JCI Philippines is assigned an Area Chairperson in the Visayas. Twenty-four of them, one per programme and one for each conference, drawn from local organizations across all three regions.

Skills Development team
The 2026 Skills Development year delivered the ONWARD Leadership Academy across three Area Council Meetings, added 12 new modules to the UPLIFT Visayas training database, launched GIYA as a coaching lab for trainers, and graduated 47 members through GABAY Visayas Year 5 — the largest GABAY class since the programme began in 2021.
