Skills Development team
The 2026 Skills Development year delivered the ONWARD Leadership Academy across three Area Council Meetings, added 12 new modules to the UPLIFT Visayas training database, launched GIYA as a coaching lab for trainers, and graduated 47 members through GABAY Visayas Year 5 — the largest GABAY class since the programme began in 2021.
