The story behind the name
From Four
The masthead came from a design contest won by Ma. Teresa Flor Maderal of JCI Iloilo Ilang Ilang. It began with a familiar posture — the de kwatro sit, one ankle crossed over the opposite knee, the way a Jaycee lands in a chair after a long day of service.
