The Area Conference closes the Jaycee year. Three days of competitions, toolkit trainings, community work and awards, ending with the election of the officers who will carry Area 4 into the next term.
Hosted by JCI Regatta across Iloilo City — from Festive Walk Mall and Megaworld to the National Museum, Molo Mansion and the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel.

Presidents of the term are known as the Masarig Presidents.
